Annual Reports


The organization has been intiated the activites in the year 2002 with the aim of building awareness in children and people in nationality and National Flag. The organizers conducted different programmes for school children. Children and adults participated actively and 26.02.2006. The programme was conducted at Town hall, Butaiah pet, Machilipatnam. The Essay writing & singing competitions were conducted for the students in Machilipatnam Division and the response was treamendous to distribute the prizes for the winners the organizers conducted a programme under the leadership of Padmasri T. Kutumba Rao and Secretary Smt. K.H.S. Jagadamba, Smt. Pingali Susheela, the president and Smt. G. Gayathri Devi, Join Secretary coordinated the programme  Sri. Nidumolu Venkateshwar Prasad known as Janda Master was felicitated and honoured.

Students of the near by schools entertained the guests with songs other dignitaries attend the meeting were Sri. T. Appa Rao M.A. LL.B., R.D.O. Sri Perni Ventkatramaiah MLA, Sri Mandali Budda Prasad MLA, Sri S K. Shilardada, Chairman, Municipal Corporation Smt. G. Vijayalakshmi Deputy DEO, Sri G. Nagaraju MRO. All the guests and special guests appreciated the children for their talent.

On 01.04.2006 86th National Flag Day was conducted at Ambedkar Auditorium A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi, Central Urban Development Minister Sri S. Jaipal Reddy attended as Chief Guest and Padmasri Dr. T. Kutumba Rao presided the meeting other guests were Sri K.S Sharma, IAS, Chairman, Prasara Bharathi, Sri R.P. Agarwal commissioner, A.P. Guest house, K. Padmanabaiah Sri. Mandali Budda Prasad and Dr. T.V.A.S. Sharma M.D., Cardiologist.

Sri Khambhampati Rammohan Rao, M.P. was honoured for his services.

Smt. K.H.S. Jagadamba presented the report about the activities and the prizes were distributed for the students who won the competitions.
Classical Music by Smt. Kalyani and Dance performance by G. Kalyani appreciated by the members attended the meeting Smt. L. Seetha convenor of the meeting worked hard for the success of the meeting and congratulated by the members.

In the annual report Smt. Jagadamba mentioned that the organization has been encouraging children by giving awards and prizes for the academic & cultural performance. This year they received Rs. 16,116/- as donation from three donors. Hence she requested the people for more donations which will be utilized for a good cause as the organization get approval for 80-G, 12-A, the donors will be exempted from Income-Tax.

She mentioned that they covered 80Dschools to conduct the programmes with in short period. In Delhi also the programmes were conducted in Telugu Schools. She requested the cooperation of the local political leaders and the residents for future activities.
